Children’s Ministries Volunteer Application
We are always looking for willing volunteers in our children’s ministries and we are asking you to fill out an application to comply with current insurance standards. The safety of our kids is very important to us, which is why we ask for this extra step.
The downloadable pdf Children’s Ministry Volunteer Information form is here and we ask you to complete the form to the best of your ability and submit it to Heather or Gaylen.
Alternatively, you may submit the volunteer information form directly on line.
The application will be kept confidentially, only to be reviewed by the head of children’s ministry and the pastor of Paonia Friends Church. The responses will be downloaded, printed and then deleted electronically. A background check will also be processed to comply with current insurance standards.
